Facilitated a job and task analysis workgroup, co-facilitated a human performance workgroup, and co-wrote performance analyses reports assessing processes and procedures of certain job roles and assessing information sharing techniques amongst divisional offices.

Conducted performance gap and root causation analyses, Kirkpatrick’s Levels 1 and 3 evaluations, Job Task Analysis surveys (JTAs), including but not limited to drafting process maps and flowcharts depicting job processes, tasks and steps; Conducted mission support and operational readiness reporting assessments and visual analytics research. Participated on performance improvement workgroups to assess the optimal state and current state of the organization.
