Effective re-evaluation of a judicial workload model regarding enhancement features used to forecast judicial need and employing effective methods for allocating judicial resources.
Action

Assisted with pre- during- and post-implementation of a web-based survey instrument used to gather quantitative expert opinion data in lieu of qualitative observational data.

Results

Resource study team membership for testing survey design, developing training plan and evaluating. Solo presenter of fourteen of the sixty statewide training sessions—resulting to an overall attendance rate of forty-five percent (45%).  Provided technical assistance via telephone during the survey period.  Successful buy-in represented by a fifty-five (55%) percent response rate from judges participating in the survey phase of the study.
