Organized a project to resolve errors in data reporting processes after implementation of a new case management system, recurring problem of repeated data entry errors existed.
Action

Conduction a performance improvement analysis identified and validated significant performance gaps; uncovered root causal factors; specified critical changes required to close the gaps; and evaluated the effects (or possible effects) of implementation of performance improvement interventions (calculated a forecasted return on investment of 492%).
